When I made my decision and #ChoseMe, I never realized how many people don’t. We, especially women and mothers, naturally tend to put other people’s needs and desires in front of ours.
#SelfLove is important. I have learned that if you don’t take care of yourself, you can't take care of others.

After devoting my time to education for over 12 years and struggling with balancing life and managing stress, seeing a therapist helped me see the importance of taking care of myself and finding out what works for me. I found a way.
Exercise became my stress reliever and my passion.
